Town Bar and Grill is one of Dublin's newest restaurants. It's design is that of an eighty seater modern Italian trattoria. The food served is fresh Italian cuisine but New York is the inspiration for the culinary delights created in Town Bar and Grill.
John Meagher and John Flood of de Blacam Meagher designed the interior of Town Bar and Grill. The finished product is a very authentic but sophisticated Italian restaurant. Hand-made Italian terracotta tiles, low slung table lights and tables laid in traditional Italian fashion enhance the authentic atmosphere. Town Bar and Grill have revolving art exhibitions decorating the simple white walls.
There are various menus on offer at Town Bar and Grill. All of which are very comprehensive. The Dinner menu offers 12 starters, 4 pastas and 4 risottos and 14 main courses. This new Dublin restaurant is also well-known for it's authentic Italian desserts and cheeses. The Lunch and Pre-Theatre are smaller but equally include an impressive selection. A tasty Bar menu and Group Menu can also be sampled.
Chefs and Owners Ronan Ryan (34) and Temple Garner (35) have worked together for almost ten years. Their most recent positions were working in the internationally acclaimed award winning Mermaid Café, and Il Primo in Dublin.
